These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Information Technology Pexels and Systems Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Justice Joust website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the Service.
STRICT WARNING: Justice Joust is an educational gamification platform designed strictly for academic purposes, legal training, and professional development.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

In compliance with Nigerian Anti-Money Laundering laws, we monitor transactions for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to report any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement agencies, including the EFCC and NFIU, and to freeze any account pending investigation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY NIGERIAN LAW, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PEXELS AND SYSTEMS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved primarily through amicable negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
