Terms of Service

Welcome to Justice Joust. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Information Technology Pexels and Systems Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Justice Joust website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the Service.

2. Academic Purpose & Anti-Gambling Policy

STRICT WARNING: Justice Joust is an educational gamification platform designed strictly for academic purposes, legal training, and professional development.

  • No Gambling: The Service is NOT a gambling platform. "JustCoins" and other virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or legal tender.
  • No Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bugs, or engage in "match-fixing" (collusion with other players to manipulate rankings) is strictly prohibited.
  • Zero Tolerance: We employ automated anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) detection systems. If we detect patterns suggesting wagering, betting, or manipulation, WE WILL IMMEDIATELY DISABLE YOUR ACCOUNT without prior notice and forfeit any virtual assets.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Virtual Currency (JustCoins) & Purchases

  • License: JustCoins are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use digital features. They are not property.
  • No Cash Out: You cannot sell, trade, or transfer JustCoins to other users or third parties for real money.
  • Finality: All purchases of subscriptions or JustCoins are final and non-refundable, except as required by the FCCPA or other applicable law.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, including AML laws.
  • Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to access the Service ("farming").
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In compliance with Nigerian Anti-Money Laundering laws, we monitor transactions for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to report any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement agencies, including the EFCC and NFIU, and to freeze any account pending investigation.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY NIGERIAN LAW, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PEXELS AND SYSTEMS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved primarily through amicable negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
