Justice Joust

This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for purchases made on Justice Joust. This policy complies with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) of Nigeria.

1. Digital Goods & Virtual Currency

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds for:

JustCoins: Once purchased and delivered to your account wallet.
Subscriptions: "Joust Pro" or "Joust Elite" fees, unless cancelled before the billing cycle renews (refunds are not provided for partial periods).
Power-ups & Items: Once used or added to your inventory.

2. Exceptions (FCCPA Compliance)

Notwithstanding the above, you may be eligible for a refund ONLY under the following circumstances, as required by the FCCPA:

Non-Delivery: If you were charged but did not receive the virtual currency or item due to a technical error on our end.
Defective Service: If the content is materially defective or does not function as described.
Unauthorized Charge: If you can prove that a charge was made without your authorization (subject to fraud investigation).

3. Account Bans & Refunds

STRICT NOTICE: If your account is banned or suspended for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., cheating, manipulation, betting behavior, AML violations), YOU FORFEIT ALL VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND ITEMS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction:

Please include your username, transaction reference, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Payment Provider Rules

Refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) are subject to those platforms' refund policies. We cannot process refunds for Apple/Google transactions directly.
